Luxury tented lodge: stone/thatch/canvas chalets (5 total); Full breakfast; Coffee, Tea; Welcome drink; Kayaking; 4x4 Beach trip (weather permitting, whale-watching in season); Guided bird walk; Hiking; Instructional fynbos gardens; 14% VAT. 
Additional charge: Dinner; picnic lunch; nature based quad bike tour (see rates below).

COTTAGE rates include (Self catering):

Self catering; Kitchen; Luxury bed linens; Bath towels; Firewood; Kayaking; Hiking; Instructional fynbos gardens; 14% VAT. We suggest that you grocery shop in Hermanus, Gansbaai or Stanford prior to arrival.
Additional charge: Dinner; breakfast; picnic lunch; nature based quad bike tour (see rates below).

Quad Bike Tours:

R 140 Each additional hour
R 600 Special Excursion: 3.5 hours with picnic lunch

Booking Conditions:

• Check in time 3:00pm. Check out time 10:30am
• A 25% deposit is required to secure reservations.
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation fee is a percentage of the full accommodationamount.
• 30 days prior to arrival 50%
• 14 days prior to arrival 75%
• 7 days prior to arrival 100%
• All requests, confirmations and cancellations are valid only if in writing.
• A 5% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
