The magic behind our cuisine at Mosaic is the blending of the freshest ingredients of the season and the passionate innovation of all who prepare it. Organic produce and herbs from our garden, fresh local fish and seafood, and premium meats result in food that is delicious.
Our cuisine team is led by our executive chef William Carolisen, formerly of Reuben's Restaurant in Franschhoek. Each culinary delight is the fusion of the excellence of our chefs, our baker, our gardener, our managers and those who serve.
Compliment your meals with award-winning Cape wines selected from our wine cellar in the historic 1892 Stanford Spookhuis. Dinner is served in this newly restored legendary homestead. Breakfast is served at the Lagoon Lodge Lapa or under the milkwood trees. And scrumptious picnic lunches are available. Dining reservations are required.
